Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the civil protection of children's privacy on social networking sites in Jordanian law - a comparative analytical study. the study. The study also followed the comparative analytical approach to find out the comparative legal legislation in the subject of the study and compare it with the Jordanian law, in order to derive strengths and weaknesses in the law if there is a way to do so. In light of this, the study reached a set of results that the study concluded after scrutiny, inference and comparison. Several recommendations were included from these results.
