Abstract

Depriving a person of his liberty for security reasons is one of the exceptional measures that may be taken to control some matters that pose a great danger to public order in the State, or disrupt the continuity of public utility services in it. Protection of the rights of persons affected by administrative detention; Therefore, this study was based on UAE and Egyptian legislation and human rights protection standards to identify the most important provisions regulating administrative detention, with a range of procedural and substantive principles and guarantees that must be applied and acted upon, as a matter of legal and political issues, and at the same time as a minimum for all cases of deprivation of liberty for security reasons.
