The study aimed to address the subject of the legal system for the date of appeal in the annulment lawsuit as an answer to the main question of the study, the researcher discussed this title by adopting the comparative analytical approach between the Egyptian and Palestinian systems mainly and the French and other systems in a sub-section. The researcher concluded that the subject of the study is still a hotbed of legal, judicial and jurisprudential differences, and delving into its interesting immersion raises the researcher's instinct to dive into the research in depth, and that judicial trends have varied from time to time, so they expand and be flexible, At other times, the judge is strict in that, as the researcher noted that the legal text was not always bridging the judiciary, but sometimes the judiciary found a vacuum to grant exceptions to it with their reasoning. The researcher sensed that the judiciary, with its skill, was able to balance between the two sides, to create a fair atmosphere between the keenness to apply the principle of legality, and between not flooding the judiciary with useless cases, or those that constitute a prejudice to a higher interest such as the interest of the security and safety of the state, such as acts of sovereignty.
