Restrictive conditions are one of the most important mechanisms used by companies that own technology to tighten international dependence on developing countries and their companies, whatever form the latter uses, technology owners are accustomed to including contracts concluded with conditions that prevent the importer from technological mastery or those that would restrict the marketing or advertising of production. The restrictive conditions that can be resorted to are many and varied, and the objectives that the owner companies want to achieve are different. Man-made legislation has recognized these conditions and has prohibited recourse to them. However, the prohibition of these conditions was devoid of any practical benefit, as most legislation emptied it of its content, to the point where it can be said to be the same.
