1- All papers (except those submitted by professors) are subject to scientific refereeing by at least two referees one of whom is from outside Mansoura University before publication and the author is informed of the non-publication of the research in case it is refused by the referees.

2- The scientific rank of the referee must not be less than the rank of the research author.

3- The research must satisfy the sound scientific methodology according to the scientific standards.

4- The papers previously published in another scientific journals or periodicals may not be published.

5- The research determined to be published in the journal may not be published in other journals except after a permission from the journal administration.

6- The papers are sent to the address of Prof. Dr/ Managing Editor of Journal of Legal and Economic Research– Faculty of Law – Mansoura University.

7- Each research must be accompanied by an abstract in relation thereto in about (150) words in both Arabic and English.

8- The research whose pages exceed one hundred, is divided via more than one issue.

9- Each researcher gets (10) copies of his published paper in the issue of the journal.

10- Papers of doctoral students are published online via the homepage of the journal at the official website of the faculty.

11- The originals of papers determined not to be published, are not returned to their authors.

- The research submitted must have the following features:

*It is written in Times New Romans with font size (13) in relation to Arabic and font (13) in relation to the foreign language as well as font (14) for headlines.

*Margins and footnotes are in the same line and with font (Bold 14).

*Page Margins: Top 4.75 cm, Bottom 6.34 cm, Left 4.25, Right 4.25 cm , Page  Header 1.27, Page Footer 6 cm.

*Paragraph: Spacing before 6 cm, Line Distancing: Full in 22 cm.

* Two hard copies along with a soft copy of the research must be submitted.
