The research submitted to be published in Journal of Legal and Economic Research at Faculty of Law are refereed in accordance with the approved scientific publication as amended by the resolution of Mansoura University Council on May 28th, 2015, and it is done according to the following steps:
Refereeing Stages (Sequence of Refereeing Process)
- All works submitted for publication are refereed by two professors in the field of specialization and the list of referees’ names is published on the first pages of each volume.
- All phrases referring to the applicant are deleted before sending the work to referees.
- Each referee provides a refereeing report in connection with the work submitted and at the end of the report there comes what follows:
*The work is accepted for publication without making any modifications.
*The work is accepted for publication after making specific modifications
(These modifications must be specified by the report).
*The work is not accepted for publication due to the following reasons …. (The report clarifies the reasons for refusing the publication of the work).
- In case one of the referees accepts the publication of the work and the other referee refuses the publication of the work, a third referee will be appointed.
- The grade for each research is :( Weak – Pass- Good- Very Good- Excellent) in accordance with the assessment by each referee of the research.
- Papers are arranged in volumes according to the higher refereeing marks.
Date of Any New Issue
The journal is issued quarterly: in March – June- September- December of each year
