Some may think that the members of the House of Representatives are above accountability and this is a wrong thought, because in the state of law there is no so-called absolute immunity for any person whatsoever, everyone is subject to the authority of the law, so the constitution and the internal regulations of the House of Representatives mentioned many duties and prohibitions, and in case of violating that, the responsibility of the deputy can be decided.
