The position of Jerusalem city is very deep for Muslims and Arabs. Jerusalem city is exposing to Israeli shifting to be its capital. This research investigated the Israeli respect for the international laws for civilians and civilian places protection. The results of this research indicate the Israeli violations of these laws. The Israeli practices indicate that these violations includes killing or exclusions for civilians. The violations included al Aqsa Mosque. The study recommended the collections of Islamic and Arabic countries voices to face the Israeli violations.
