Abstract

In the middle of the last century, what was called the information revolution took place, which moved the world from the industrial age to the information age. A virtual field of transactions and an electronic theater of crimes emerged that transcended the materiality of behavior and across the boundaries of time and space. This revolution posed a major challenge to the laws issued in the industrial age and necessitated the issuance of a package However, despite this new civilizational transformation, man remained the main player in behavior, and his will remained the basis for criminal responsibility.
