Abstract

The facts of the matter are that on October 16, 2020, the French Constitutional Council was submitted to the French Constitutional Council by the Criminal Chamber of the French Court of Cassation (Judgment No. 2351 of October 13, 2020), under the conditions stipulated in Article 61-1 of the French Constitution, on a constitutional issue of priority, and this topic, which concerns compliance with the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution under Article 5 of Decree No. 2020-303 of March 2020, amending the rules of criminal procedure on the basis of Law No. 2020-290 of March 25, 2020 to address.
