The Corona virus has become the subject of global attention, as it entered the realm of life with the impact of its economic, health, tourism, social, as well as legal consequences, whether its substantive or procedural rules, which made it necessary to determine what this epidemic is from a legal and procedural point of view and to determine the knowledge of the legal reality of some countries that belong to the Latin, Anglo-Saxon or other system in order to confront this disease, hence the problem of the study Which lies in determining the description of the epidemic legally in the procedural field, and does it differ from it in the substantive field? So what is the legal reality of countries belonging to the Latin, Anglo-Saxon or other systems to confront it? The study of this topic is of both national and international importance. Therefore, this study, through the analytical method, allows dividing it into two sections, the first of which is its legal nature through the first requirement on the concept of Corona, the second requirement about its legal nature, and the second is the legal reality to confront it.
