Abstract

Alternative means of settling administrative disputes in the contemporary world have become one of the appropriate means to settle an important group of disputes, as is the case in international trade disputes, consumer protection, disputes arising in the Internet environment, e-commerce, intellectual property in the digital age and other disputes, and in line with the emerging and complex needs of companies and companies, and to encourage attracting investment, moving savings and keeping pace with trade exchange currents, so that resorting to alternative means of resolving disputes in our time The current is urgent to meet the demands of modern business, which courts can no longer address alone.
