Abstract

Investigating cybercrime and how to seize electronic evidence is one of the innovative topics in countries of the world, and the nature of electronic evidence and how to deal with it by the investigation authorities is one of the important legal and practical topics, so the criminal investigation examines various crimes, including cybercrimes committed by members of society according to certain procedures in order to detect the crime and know the truth.
