There are many and varied reasons for the termination of the service of the public employee and almost agree national legislation of the civil service on these reasons, but they may differ in their provisions and the nature of taking these reasons for the dismissal of the public employee from his work, and jurisprudence usually goes to divide the reasons for the termination of the service of the public employee into reasons due to the will of the administration and reasons that have no income to the administration, and reasons due to the will of the employee himself.
