The role of civil society organizations in protecting the rights of future generations (research centers as a model)

Abstract

In this research paper, we briefly dealt with the nature of research centers as one of the forms of civil society organizations, in terms of the definition of civil society and research centers, the history of the establishment of research centers, and the types of research centers, and we also dealt with the rights of future generations, especially the terms used in this field, as one of the terms included in the field of (sustainable development), Sustainable development is an ongoing process that encompasses the present and the future. We also discussed the constitutional enshrinement of civil society and the rights of future generations in international conventions, national constitutions and the Egyptian constitution, in order to shed light on the requirements for achieving and guaranteeing the rights of future generations as one of the elements of sustainable development.
