Abstract

The keenness of countries to draft laws and conclude international agreements that protect the environment from all violations that occur from industrial enterprises, which constitute an attack on the right of members of society to a safe and clean environment, and in violation of the legal and ethical rules that must be respected in this regard. Which can be imagined in the case of gathering affected members of society to file a single lawsuit for reparation for environmental damage by the Environmental Protection Society, which aims to protect the weak party, without its purpose being to make a profit, it must be the protection of community members from attacks on them is its basic work so that it is practiced by all individuals and with complete impartiality, free of charge.
