Precautionary and precautionary measures to confront terrorism crimes during the preliminary investigation stage

Abstract

In this research we dealt with conservative and precautionary procedures For countering terrorism crimes During the preliminary investigation stage, and We divided it into four sections, We dealt in each of them section procedure of the most important of these procedures and it's;  apprehension of persons and the custody of them, And pretrial detention, And a travel ban, And assets freeze to prevent their disposal or management. and The research focused on the comparison between the legislations of Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Morocco, in addition to France and Italy. and The research dealt with the position of these six legislations on setting up a procedural Special system for dealing with these procedures, and The research follows the most recent amendments introduced by these legislations to their procedural systems with regard to the subject of study.
