During the past few years, he noted the relentless pursuit of developing countries to attract foreign direct investment to their national territories by granting international companies - known as multinational companies - many investment incentives, without putting these companies under careful study before resorting to them as a way to help them develop and support the national economy, especially with the feeling of fear and caution felt by the peoples of these countries as an embodiment of foreign colonialism and a new form of it.
