Abstract

The tremendous development in the role of the State has led to the complexity of expenditures and the inflation of public expenditures, in a way that has contributed to the spread of the phenomenon of financial and administrative corruption, and the growth of that phenomenon at the local, regional and international levels, aiming at compromising public money and seizing it by all fraudulent means in order to sabotage the economy.
