This research includes a comprehensive study of the cases of the Arab acquiring Jordanian citizenship, which is everyone who holds the nationality of any of the Arab League countries, and the conditions for those cases were stated, whether based on the principle of residence, such as the case organized by Article 4 and the case organized by Article 12, or those based on the principles of Others, as is the case in granting the expatriate or the wife of a Jordanian nationality in accordance with the conditions required by the Jordanian nationality law in each of the mentioned cases.
