The judgement rendered in the annulment case has absolute validity whenever the application is admissible. and has relative validity when the case is rejected or inadmissible. As a result, the annulment ruling has absolute authoritarianism in the face of all in exception of the general rules of the Code of Pleadings. Egyptian, Kuwaiti and French legislation excluded the claim of annulment from the general rules and granted it absolute validity against all.
