The domicile is of particular importance in all subjects of private international law, the domicile plays a major role in the areas of nationality and the status of foreigners, and so on in other branches of private international law, so it has become imperative for each country to recognize the legal personality of the foreigner on its territory, taking into account, that the Islamic Sharia has preceded contemporary legal systems more than one thousand and four hundred centuries ago in organizing the status of foreigners residing in Dar al-Islam, An organization that ensures optimal treatment for them.
