Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of artificial intelligence in activating criminal investigation procedures in cybercrime through a comparative study, where philosophical and social legal studies were keen to emphasize the principles of achieving procedural legitimacy and social solidarity, because the damage achieved from crime affects society as well as the individual and negatively affects the sense of security within society, so the studies came to push the procedural legislator to amend and develop its legislation in order to put guarantees to the rights of the victim, the accused and the plaintiff in the civil right.
