Commercial transactions depend - in general - on the dealings of individuals among themselves, which requires the availability of trust and safety, as they are the essence of dealing between people in accordance with what is ordered by Islamic law (the main source of legislation), as well as in accordance with what is legitimized by man-made laws. We discuss the crimes of deception and fraud in commercial transactions under the title {commercial fraud}, which includes the types of crimes stipulated in the Law on the Suppression of Fraud and Fraud No. 48 of 1941 as amended by Law No. 281 of 1994, namely (the crime of food or drug fraud.
