Fiscal policy is one of the most important tools in influencing economic activity in any country, and its economic effects have been shown through global experiences, and among these countries is Iraq, which passed through two thresholds of economic systems, it initially followed the socialist system, and the central planning of the state for all the course of economic activity, including how to use financial policy indicators, and the second system that Iraq went through after 2003, which was one of its priorities in the previous regime is devastating.
