The rapid technological development that we are living now, which is called the era of the information and data revolution, has led to the emergence of new means and methods that were not known a few years ago, and these means are in a permanent, continuous and rapid development, as they opened wide horizons for the lawyer, researcher and judge, and everyone wondered about legal solutions to these methods, and so, thanks to the technical development of information and communication means, society has turned from a paper society to a paperless society, or what is known as electronic, and to the emergence of proof tools that were not previously known.
