The right to nationality is one of the most important rights established for individuals, and then nationality is characterized as a distinct relationship between the individual and the state with several characteristics, including: Nationality is on the one hand a characteristic in a person determined by his international identity, i.e. his belonging to a country of the world. In this capacity it is dealt with both outside and indoors. On the other hand, citizenship is a tool for determining the most important pillar of the state, which is the pillar of the people. In any country, a people is a group of individuals who hold its nationality.
