Abstract

This research is titled "The Single-Number Budget and Special Funds",as it is exposed to some of the restrictions and obstacles that impede the control of state finances. There is no doubt about the importance of this issue, as it affects an important aspect of the state, which is the state’s finances and economy, as money is the lifeblood of any individual and public finance is the cornerstone of any state, and since state finances are an important element in their economic and social activity and all areas of development carried out by the executive authority and all authorities We must search for how to extend control over it by constitutional and legal means to preserve public money and to further govern the control in order to reach the desired goals and achieve sustainable development.
