Legal security is one of the most important goals that the law aims to achieve, as it is one of the important foundations on which the legal state is built, in which all state authorities are subject to the rule of law. However, it may seem at first glance that legal security is an inevitable consequence, and a useless tautology! Because the law that does not guarantee the security of relationships, whatever their nature and levels, is no longer a law.
