Abstract

The intent is one of the basic elements of the crime, and there are those who are very expensive and argued that the intent is the one that makes the crime. I am certain, but he imagines that these elements are likely or possible to be available, meaning that the offender was not sure at the time of the behavior whether these elements were available or not. In this hypothesis, we are within the scope of indirect intent (probabilistic intent).
