Abstract

Praise be to God, who is exalted above peers and far from being equal to Him among the servants, and I bear witness that there is no god but God alone with no partner. The testimony of one who knows the meaning of it and what is intended, and believes in what is indicated by the truth of belief, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, the guide to the path of righteousness, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family and companions. Groundwater is the most important blessing bestowed by God upon man, as there is no life for this living organism without water in general. When surface water is not available, man has no way but to search for water in the ground, and perhaps the Qur’anic indication of the importance of water is the most eloquent example. And the Almighty said in its precise revelation, this verse explains to us the importance of water and its role in the existence, continuity and development of life on the face of the earth.
