Real estate ownership of all kinds has a fundamental role in the comprehensive development of countries. To the extent that real estate investments are organized and directed, economic development can be controlled in its various forms, "industrial, agricultural, urban". Therefore, most of the world's legislations have focused on organizing real estate ownership by setting legal rules that regulate all actions that respond to it. If the rule of possession in movable property is applied to the movable property, it can play its role in informing others about the disposals that occur on it through possession.
