Abstract

The bill of lading is the main pillar that represents the legal guarantee for both the carrier and the shipper in the maritime transport process, although this is fixed in the international treaties issued regarding the carriage of goods by sea, and although this is certain of it in the national legislation that regulated the provisions of maritime transport, but the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law considers it urgent to use modern technology in concluding contracts, bonds and instruments, because of the ease and speed of completion Concluding business operations and economic guidance in their implementation.
