Praise be to Allah, who is great and majestic. I testify that there is no god but Allah alone who has no partner, and I testify that our master Muhammad is his servant and messenger e. The true Sharia urges us to learn and scientific research, including the saying of Glory be to Him: "And say, Lord, increase me in knowledge" [Taha: 114], and therefore science was the first thing in which ages were spent, and efforts were made in it. Knowledge and research in Islamic law, for the sake of science and its benefit to the nation, and for the sake of Sharia sciences, is the door to transactions, especially with regard to contracts between people. The esteemed scholars carry out the duty of forensic research for everything that is found in human life.
