Legal regulation to combat armed gang crimes

Abstract

Armed gang crimes, as crimes affecting the internal security of the state, have received great attention in all penal laws, both ancient and modern, as the penal legislation has given this crime priority and precedence in arranging legal texts, but was keen to highlight the special and exceptional nature that characterizes the internal disturbances of society, which in turn endanger the security of society.  Armed gang crimes in the modern era take a global dimension as a result of the increase in criminal gatherings and the formation of gangs has become widespread until the risks and damages it causes to society have increased, prompting modern criminal legislation to seek one goal is to confront them by (building a legal system to combat them) so that they are effectively addressed and thus reduced.
