Abstract

The civil liability arising from the use of the Internet, whether through social networking sites or otherwise, is based in the event of committing the error, which causes harm to a specific person, and the pillars of responsibility are completed by establishing the causal link between the error and the damage, and because the civil liability in question focuses on publishing through social networking sites, We should show the extent of the responsibility of each of the parties interacting in the incident in question, and since social networking sites allow users to publish whatever posts they want, as well as interact with these publications by other users by sharing, commenting on or liking the post, so we must show the responsibility of each publisher of the publication, participation, commentator on it, and like, in addition to the intermediaries who had a role in seeing the publication.
