Abstract

Recent years have seen considerable interest from all the world's States and international organizations in the topic of climate change, which has become a priority of the work of States and the United Nations Organization, following consistent and frequent scientific evidence that climate change threatens human existence and the disappearance of large portions of land in many countries, particularly on the coasts of the seas and oceans; Since Egypt has a geographical location characterized by excellence and breadth, it is one of the States affected by climate change. To that end, the international community is endeavouring to reduce this grave phenomenon and to find its foundations for adaptation and combating all that are conducive to climate change locally and globally.
