Abstract

This research explains what national and international penal protection is for the environment in Palestine. s environmental problems that threaten its future existence, it has become a tangible reality for States and individuals because of industrial progress and the resulting depletion of resources and environmental damage So every state within its territorial sovereignty has passed laws to protect the environment while reinforcing this legislation with criminal sanctions to compel people to respect them. In addition, since Israel's occupation of Palestinian territory, it has continued its aggression against the Palestinian environment in all its components, violating international humanitarian legal norms. Various studies and reports refer to the deliberate and systematic targeting of the Palestinian environment to pollute it, force the Palestinian citizen to leave and bring about geographical and demographic change, thereby imposing total control over Palestinian land.
