In this research, we dealt with criminal confrontation for climate damage from two basic perspectives, where the objective confrontation, and from here we dealt with the criminal policy in criminalization and punishment between strictness and mitigation, as well as the procedural confrontation, which emerges, in particular, from the activation of research, investigation and investigation procedures , as well as the trial stage, and the establishment of a specialized judiciary in environmental crime in particular in France. Taking into account the expansion of the scope of those involved in proving environmental crimes by granting judicial control to some employees in the Ministry of Environment and other ministries.
