Environmental damage varies greatly from one case to another according to its diversity and importance. As in one case, it represents a hypothetical risk of contamination, which was rejected by the judge in the case from which resulted QPC. In another case, it represents the major consequences associated with climate change that was accepted by the administrative court of Paris. Then we examine the extent to which environmental damage is able to integrate the images shaped by climate degradation and the extent of the state's responsibility for it within the intended meaning as in Article 1247 of the French Civil Law.
