After the increasing use of artificial intelligence techniques, metaverse technology has emerged, with its accompanying great scientific and legal controversy, which requires the development of the legislative system in line with the amazing development in artificial intelligence techniques for communication and metaverse, while bridging the gap between legal regulation and metaverse technologies. And the view of freedom of communication through dark platforms via the Internet must be changed, to placing restrictions on them to prevent the violation of the privacy and freedoms of individuals. Who rules the metaverse, then anticipate the legal future of the metaverse. The study showed us the dangers of using metavirs in various fields, as well as the advantages of this technique. The study also dealt with the scope of behaviors via metaviruses, and the downloading of legal rules based on emerging crimes through metavirs, then it addressed the inevitability of legislative intervention to confront the metavirus technology, and the expected features in the text that can be developed to confront developments arising from this technology.
