Abstract

Water is the most important source of life, as it is the main determining factor for the production of food needed for this huge number of people in the world. It is established that there is no alternative to fresh water in human uses, but for every living being, it is the source of life, with its role in industry, agriculture and so on. Therefore, the problem of water has received the attention of the United Nations through many summit meetings and periodic meetings. Therefore, it was imperative for the developed and developing countries of the world to learn how to control freshwater resources to meet their growing needs, on the one hand, and to avoid a global water crisis in the coming years on the other hand.
