Armed conflicts and wars still cause death, displacement and suffering to peoples on a wide spectrum, and these conflicts have harmed millions of people in countless various ways. Armed conflicts have existed since ancient times and continue to this day. Wherever there are women, there are armed conflicts, conflicts and wars, and thus more bloodshed that does not dry its seas and many civilians before the military are victims of torture, rape and forced displacement. Over time, the international community realized that it urgently needed international entities to be resorted to to resolve conflicts, prevent bloodshed and minimize material and moral losses.
