This research aims to determine the nature of the relationship between foreign direct investment in Egypt and local companies in addition to measuring the impact of foreign direct investment on local investments by applying to companies operating in the industrial sector in the sixth of October. A proposed model of the study was designed to be used to test the impact of FDI on domestic firms. The survey list was filled out by the respondent through a personal interview.
