It has become known that the development of life in various fields has produced a profound change in the relations between individuals and institutions, and new forms of transactions have emerged that have caused a bifurcation in the legal situation and the judiciary, like other fields (1), which must keep pace with the advanced developments and developments witnessed by human societies and interact with them positively. In this context, the world has been witnessing for years a technological revolution that covered all fields, thanks to which it became a small village, and distances and procedures were reduced. As is well known over the past few years, the courts have sought to adapt all Modern means and technologies to develop the justice sector, and some have bet on the difficulty of entering the field of criminal procedure, which is subject to certain restrictions and procedures regulated by the Code of Criminal Procedure.
