Deportation is a measure that leads to the removal of an undesirable alien from the territorial territory of the host State on the basis of its sovereign right to remove whomever it wishes from its international territory except its original nationals, as well as the freedom of each State to remove whomever it wants from its territorial territory when there are reasons that threaten its security and stability, in order to preserve and maintain its international entity cohesive. This study derives its importance from the importance of the role played by the administrative judiciary from the control of administrative decisions related to the deportation of foreigners. Work to guarantee human rights, in addition to studying the existence of judicial control over administrative decisions related to the deportation of foreigners.
