With justice, the purposes of Islamic law are achieved by protecting society, ensuring its security and preserving the rights of its members, as well as contemporary legislation has paid attention to justice and has developed texts to ensure access to criminal justice. There is no doubt that the appearance in which justice is embodied is the judiciary, as the judiciary is a symbol of the sovereignty of nations and evidence of their independence, and the history of the judiciary in each nation indicates its progress and development, so Islamic law and contemporary laws have taken care of the means of proof because it is the effective tool in achieving justice.
