The general framework of administrative confidentiality ((a comparative study))

Abstract

The public servant is the main engine of the activity of the state and its administrations, including performing very important job duties, foremost of which is the job duty that prohibits him from disclosing the secrets of his job of facts, information and documents related to this job, regardless of the nature of any work or the importance of any public government job, it must contain a number of job secrets, which the employee is aware of by virtue of his work in it, and if it were not for his job position, he would not have been able to access and know them, Whether these secrets relate to the administration itself, or to the state as a whole, or even to the public dealing with the administration, from legal and natural persons with their interests and the right to privacy, although the first group of secrets related to the state and the activity of its governmental and administrative institutions that adopt the public interest is the one that takes the most luck of legal protection.
