Abstract

    The development witnessed by the world in the last era of the last century was accompanied by the emergence of new technologies in various fields, especially with regard to the means of communication that came with the emergence of the international information network (Internet), and that development included all means of its use and all the positive or negative results arising from the use of those means, which is considered the miracle of the twentieth century, which spread amazingly all over the world, and the Internet, like any new invention, and its emergence created new practices, concepts and behavioral values.
