Legal liability is one of the very important topics for individuals, as where there is an activity of the individual within society, legal responsibility appears with him. Perhaps the most important type of legal responsibility is criminal responsibility, because it represents an attack on the right of society as a result of committing an act that represents a breach of its order and security, i.e. it is considered a crime according to the Penal Code and its complementary laws or other laws. The legislator's purpose in codifying the Penal Code was not only to punish the criminal. Rather, it aims to protect society and ensure its stability by preserving the prevailing values and also at the same time preserving the rights and freedoms of citizens as one of the most wonderful human values.
